We recently stayed here with our family and rented the executive suite for 4 nights and the presidential for 7 nights. The rooms were lovely and comfortable with A/C in every room, the linen/beds were fantastic the views from every balcony was amazing the rooms were spacious and comfortable to have 9 people in the one space at a time, we had everything we needed with 2 small children. The infinity pool was so relaxing again with amazing views and pool towels were provided for swimming. The food was delicious but what made this stay so amazing was the staff. The welcome you receive on arrival was top notch from the reception staff, who also took our luggage up to our rooms- the servers during meals were a delight always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed- the house keeping staff were thorough with room cleaning everyday made in fee like a new room everyday- nothing was to much trouble. The staff were 10/10 and management should be extremely proud of the staff they have running this hotel… amazing place to stay. Was pricey compared to 99% of the other accommodation in Pokhara but was worth every cent and we will stay again on our next visit to Pokhara. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Thanks to Sunil and his team for the hospitality. The location is at the end of the night life area and calmer than the rest of Pokhara. 2 minutes walk to the lake. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a sofa, a kitchen and a balcony. Bikash and Saurabh and others were very friendly and professional. The food choices good be better and tastier for a five star hotel. I preferred eating outside though. The owners have to keep a close eye on maintenance -especially the bumping doors for other guest rooms interrupted my sleep. One night, there were some noisy people trying to convert the hotel into their private space bumping doors and letting children loudly even after mid night.
